You'll receive weekly lessons, walking you through every aspect of growing throughout the season.

You'll learn about...

- Planning, timing, and optimizing layout

- Seed starting

- Bed prep and spring crops

- Proper trellis and support set up.

- Feeding and fertilizing

- Mulching

- Composting

- Pest and disease prevention and management,

- Weed management

- Succession planting for continuous harvests

- Interplanting for getting more out of your garden per square foot, without overcrowding.

- Plant training, pruning, and Plant-specific care tips that make the difference between an amateur and professional harvest.

- Harvesting techniques

- Curing, Drying, Jarring, and Preserving.

- and so much more.

You'll be sporting a straw hat and itchin for a new tractor by the time we're done with you!

36 Lessons

Starting the 3rd week in march, and ending in the 3rd week in November.

Includes:

- Free Pick-up and delivery of any materials needed.

- First-Priority scheduling

- Periodic soil tests

Total cost: $1200*

*Price and number of lessons are adjustable, depending on whether or not you want to skip Spring and Fall/winter plantings.

Bergen, Rockland, Dutchess, and Ulster counties subject to travel surcharge.
